  • How long does the training take?

The refresher course takes approximately 1/2 hour, and the full course is 1 hour long.

  • “Do I get a certificate?”

Yes, both courses provide a Certificate of Completion.

  • Is this good for COR?

Yes! COR expects companies to identify hazards and implement controls. WHMIS training demonstrates that workers understand hazardous product risks, how to work safely with chemicals, the PPE required and training supports compliance with OHS legislation.

  • What Changed With WHMIS 2025?

WHMIS 2025 includes a new hazard class, updated aerosol classifications, new subcategories and updates to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information requirements. The transition period ended Dec 14, 2025 so all products supplied after Dec 15, 2025 was reflect the updates.
